Virtual memory is a computer system technique that allows the computer to temporarily store data on the hard disk drive when the RAM (random access memory) is full. This helps to improve the computer’s performance by reducing the amount of time it takes to access data from the hard disk drive. To check the virtual memory settings on your computer, follow these steps:
1. Open the Control Panel.
2. Click on System and Security.
3. Click on System.
4. Click on Advanced system settings.
5. Click on the Performance tab.
6. Click on the Virtual memory button.
7. The Virtual Memory dialog box will appear.
