Bluetooth is a wireless technology standard used for exchanging data between devices over short distances (using short-wavelength UHF radio waves in the ISM band from 2.4 to 2.485 GHz). It was originally conceived as a wireless alternative to RS-232 data cables. It has since been superseded by faster standards such as Wi-Fi, but due to its low power consumption and low cost, and the fact that it is built into many devices, it is still widely used for many applications, such as wireless headsets and speakers, and for data exchange between mobile phones and laptop computers.
There are a few different ways to check if your device has Bluetooth. One way is to look for a Bluetooth icon in the device’s settings menu. If you see this icon, then your device has Bluetooth. Another way to check is to try to pair your device with a Bluetooth speaker or headset. If your device is able to pair with the speaker or headset, then it has Bluetooth.
